小儿胃炎颗粒治疗儿童胃脘痛疗效和安全性探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 研究并探讨小儿胃炎颗粒治疗儿童胃脘痛的临床治疗效果以及其治疗安全性。 方法 将该院从2013年10月―2014年12月期间收治的56例儿童胃脘痛患者进行研究，将56例患者按照信封法随机分为对照组和实验组，各有28例，对照组施行常规治疗，实验组给予小儿胃炎颗粒进行治疗。对比两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。 结果 实验组的临床总有效率为96.43%，明显高于对照组的75.00%（P0.05）；实验组患者的不良反应发生率为3.57%，明显低于对照组的21.43%（P0.05）。 结论 小儿胃炎颗粒治疗儿童胃脘痛的临床疗效以及安全性均良好，值得推广和借鉴。 　　[关键词] 小儿胃炎颗粒；儿童胃脘痛；治疗效果；安全性 　　[中图分类号] R272 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（a）-0152-02 　　Observation on Curative Effect and Security of Pediatric Gastritis Granule in Treatment of Children with Gastric Abscess 　　HU Ping 　　Hami second peoples Hospital， Hami， Xinjiang， 839000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research and discuss the clinical treatment effect and treatment security of pediatric gastritis granule in treatment of children with gastric abscess. Methods 56 cases of children with gastric abscess treated in our hospital from October 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each， the control group were given conventional treatment， the experimental group were treated with pediatric gastritis granule， the clinical curative effect and occurrence of adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in clinic in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group （96.43% vs 75.00%），（P0.05）， the incidence of adverse reaction in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group，（3.57% vs 21.43%），（P0.05）. Conclusion Both the clinical curative effect and security of the pediatric gastritis granule in treatment of children with gastric abscess are good， which is worthy of promotion and reference. 　　[Key words] Pediatric gastritis granule； Children with gastric abscess； Treatment effect； Security 　　儿童胃脘痛是临床上常见的疾病类型，并且该疾病的发生率较高[1]。近年来，随着饮食习惯和饮食结构的改变，儿童胃脘痛的发病率呈上升趋势，对儿童的身心健康较为不利，故加强对儿童胃脘痛患者的临床治疗具有重要的意义。该研究整群选取56例儿童胃脘痛患者进行研究，选取自2013年10月―2014年12月，分别给予患者常规治疗、小儿胃炎颗粒治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效及安全性，为临床治疗小儿胃脘痛提供可供参考的指导意见，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一
