As a time-honored regional culture with rich connotations, the culture of the Three Gorges is playing an increasingly important role in the current society. It has even become an important educational resource. The excellent course about the culture of the Three Gorges not only aims at carrying forward the culture and realizing the function of the university in spreading and creating culture, but also is the key to promoting the formation of school-running characteristics and discipline construction. To upload the course of The Culture of the Three Georges to the internet could facilitate and expand the culture transmission. If there is a bilingual subtitle for it, it could better play its role of education and culture transmission.
