煤矿调度室质量标准化工作探究 　　摘 要：在煤矿企业发展中煤矿调度工作较为重要，是保证企业安全生产与建设的主要方式，可通过组织、协调与指挥的方式充分发挥调度工作的积极作用。为了提升煤矿调度工作质量与水平，应实现标准化建设工作目的，创建现代化与先进性的管理与控制机制，制定完善的标准化改革方案，为其后续发展奠定坚实基础。在煤矿调度室标准化工作中还需创新整体管控方式与方法，并协调各方面工作之间的关系，加大整体管理工作力度，全面提升调度与汇报管理工作质量与水平，在科学研究与管理中，抓住当前标准化改革与发展的机遇，创新改革管理工作方式，加大整体标准化管理力度，筛选最佳的煤矿调度室质量标准化管理方法，树立正确观念，促进各个环节的贯通融合，在严格分析与设计的基础上，提升煤矿调度室的质量标准化水平。 　　关键词：煤矿调度室；质量标准化；工作措施 　　中图分类号：F273.2 文献标志码：A 文章编号：2095-2945（2018）17-0181-02 　　Abstract： In the development of coal mine enterprises， the work of coal mine scheduling is very important， is the main way to ensure the safety of production and construction of enterprises， and can give full play to the positive role of dispatching work through the way of organization， coordination and command. In order to improve the quality and level of coal mine dispatching work， the aim of standardization construction should be realized， the management and control mechanism of modernization and progressiveness should be established， and a perfect standardized reform scheme should be formulated， which will lay a solid foundation for its subsequent development. In the standardization work of coal mine dispatching room， it is necessary to innovate the way and method of overall control， to coordinate the relationship between all aspects of work， to strengthen the overall management work， and to improve the quality and level of dispatching and reporting management work in an all-round way. In the course of scientific research and management， we should seize the opportunity of the current standardization reform and development， innovate the management mode， increase the overall standardization management， select the best quality standardization management method of the coal mine dispatching room， and set up the correct idea so as to promote the integration of each link， and on the basis of strict analysis and design， improve the quality standardization level of coal mine dispatching room. 　　Keywords： coal mine control room； quality standardiza
