II II Abstract Qin Ding Tai Gui is the most integrallty and systemic supervisory code in Chinese feudalism society. This codes ordination is a symbol of the finally accomplishment about Chinese feudalism laws standardization. As there is to the research of Qing Dynasty censorial system, the academia has made many progresses. But not yet any people investigate this code specially on legal angle. Therefore, it has academic value that we should make objective evaluation to the Qing Dynasty censorial system and the censorial ideology on this code. This paper not only inquires into the authenticity and the rationality of Qing ding tai gui, but also discusses the common ground and the difference between the legal regulations and its practice by comparing it with others ancient books and concrete social reality instead of only basing on the laws. The article has introduced the edition and spreads of four dynasties Tai Gui such as Qian Long, Jia Qing, Dao Guang and Guang Xu; elaborated the establishment of Qing Dynastys censorial institution, censorial content as well as the censorial officiers supervisory measures; analyzed the censorial ideologies on this code such as imperial power supremely, using both kindness and severity, taking the judicial supervision thoroughly, encouraging the wide airing of views and so on. At the same time, this papaer has researched into Tai Guis actualize, analyzed its important position in the whole archaic censorial law system, and tried hard to make a objective evaluation about it. When absorbed others research results on politics history and legal history, this paper comprehensively discusses Tai Guis primary contents and its legislative characteristic, and affirms this codes significance.
