左卡尼丁治疗心绞痛临床分析 　　[摘要]目的 探析左卡尼丁治疗心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选取该院2013年1月―2014年11月收治的心绞痛患者80例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，在患者及家属知情同意的情况下将其分为观察组和对照组，观察组给予左卡尼丁治疗，对照组给予常规的药物治疗，对比两组治疗效果及患者心电图改善情况。结果 经治疗，对照组患者显效20例，有效16例，总有效率为（36/40）90.0%，观察组患者显效15例，有效10例，总有效率为（25/40）62.5%，两组相比差异具有统计学意义P0.05；两组心电图改善率分别为（32/40）80.00%、（21/40）52.50%，两组相比差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 左卡尼丁治疗心绞痛的临床疗效明显，有效改善患者心肌缺血症状，提高患者生活质量，值得应用。 　　[关键词]左卡尼丁；心绞痛；临床效果 　　[中图分类号]R5 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1674-0742（2015）04（b）-0102-02 　　The Clinical Observation of Left Carnitine in Treating Angina 　　WU Jianying 　　Huatong People’s Hospital， Huatong， Jilin Province， 134000 China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of left Carnitine in treating angina. Methods Selected angina patients in our hospital from January 2013 to November 2014 treated 80 cases， the clinical data was analyzed retrospectively， and they were divided into observation group and the control group in the case of patients and their families informed consent， observation group were given left carnitine treatment， the control group were given conventional medical treatment， compared the state of improvement with the effects of treatment and patients’ electrocardiogram of the two groups. Results After treatment， in the control group， there were 20 cases with marked effect， 16 cases were effective， the total effective rate was （36/40） 90.0%， in the observation group， there were 15 cases with marked effect， 10 cases were effective， the total effective rate was（25/40）62.5%， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）； ECG improvement rate of the two groups， respectively（32/40） 80.00%， （21/40） 52.50%， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Left-Carnitine significant in treating angina is obvious， effectively improve the symptoms of myocardial ischemia with patients， and improve the life quality of patients， which is worthy of applications. 　　[Key words] Left-Carnitine； Angina； Clinical results 　　心肌缺血是心绞痛患者主要的临床
