万方数据 万方数据 初三数学总复习实施分层教学的实践研究 摘 要 经过三年的数学学习,学生数学学习的差异日益体现,初三复习阶段是实 现分层教学的最佳阶段。教师事先针对各层次学生设计了不同的复习目标与练 习,提高师生合作、交流的效率,使得学生的复习更有的放矢、目标明确、针 对性强,增大了课堂教学的容量。教师根据学生的学习和发展情况进行阶段性 调节,课堂氛围也更加积极。本实践研究主要关注在初三数学总复习实施分层 教学中教师在教学方面和学生在学习方面有什么变化,探索出一套适合小班教 学实际情况的初三数学复习分层教学模式,在初三数学总复习实施分层教学的 具体课堂教学中,复习课,习题课,试卷讲评课等具体实践操作。通过研究和 实践,使不同层次的学生在原有的基础上提高数学知识、技能、思想、方法的 综合运用能力,提高学生数学学习兴趣,使得人人都能获得良好的数学教育, 不同的人在数学上获得不同的发展,让每个学生都信心满满的走入下一阶段的 数学学习之中。同时推动数学教学研究工作,让更多的人来关注初三数学总复 习的教学。在初三数学总复习实施分层教学可以更多的关注每一个学生,尤其 是其他科目较好,只有数学学科薄弱的学生,重新树立了自信心,激发学生数 学学习兴趣,改善师生关系。在分层实践的过程中,笔者对数学分层复习过程 中的一些问题进行了反思。 关键词:分层教学 初三数学 复习 The practical research about reviewing Grade Nine Mathematics in levels Abstract After nearly three years' mathematics learning, students' abilities in learning mathematics are showing the differences. Most teachers think that teaching in levels in Grade 9 is the great period to solve this problem. Before doing that, teachers need to design different reviewing objectives and exercises according to the students' levels. The cooperation and communication among teachers are needed. In this way, students' reviewing contents are more concrete and effective, and it can also expand the capacity of teaching. Teachers change their teaching steps and regular patterns flexibly according to students' reflections. It also good to create a nice teaching atmosphere. This paper pays attentions to the real situation in Grade 9 Mathematics in levels; it explores a new teaching pattern suitable fore the small class teaching. And this reaching pattern will be used in daily teaching such as new lessons learning, review, exercise lessons, and paper analysis lessons. Through the reach and practice, students in different levels will be improved. Not only the knowledge in mathematics, the skills to work out the problems and their integrated skills will get into a high level, but also the students will be more interested in mathematics learning.
