I I 摘 要 全球气候变暖的大环境，推动了避暑旅游的发展，对于避暑气候资源禀赋城 市贵阳，发展避暑旅游业，构建避暑旅游产业体系，是城市特色化经营的必由之 路，也适应了产业生态化、低碳化发展趋势。 避暑旅游产业体系是一个新的概念，还处于探索阶段，本文力图通过分析避 暑旅游产业体系的构建要素，探索避暑旅游产业发展道路，发展避暑经济，推动 城市经济的发展。 论文第一章介绍了避暑旅游相关概念、选题的背景和研究的意义及相关理论 支撑。 第二章研究了国内外避暑旅游产业的发展，选取日本轻井泽、芬兰、瑞士、 哈尔滨、青岛、北戴河等避暑胜地，分析了避暑旅游产品体系和产业体系，指出 了避暑旅游和城市发展之间有着密切的联系。 第三章探讨了贵阳市避暑旅游产品体系建设，从避暑旅游开展的条件、发展 现状、存在的问题和应对策略等方面，对贵阳市的避暑旅游业进行了分析。 第四章探讨了贵阳市避暑旅游产业体系的构建，提出了避暑旅游产业体系的 构建目标和原则；重点探讨了避暑旅游产业体系的内层领域和相关领域，包括避 暑旅游业、会展业、房地产业、医疗保健业、文化娱乐业、交通运输业、商贸业、 金融保险业等，探讨了各产业间的关系、发展现状，并提出了一些对策建议。 关键词: 避暑旅游；避暑气候；避暑旅游产业体系；贵阳 I II Study on The Construction of Urban Summer Tourism Industry System Abstract The environment of globe warming brings about summer tourism which adapts to the trend of industrial ecology and low-carbon development.It is necessary for Guiyang to develop summer tourism and construct summer tourism industrial system as Guiyang is rich in summer climate resources. Summer tourism industrial system is a new concept which is still in the exploratory term.The article analyzes the elements of summer tourism industry to explore the path of summer tourism industry development. It describes some concepts of summer tourism, the background and the significance of research and related theoretical supports in the first chapter. The development of domestic and international summer tourist cities is studied in chapter Two. It analyzes summer tourist products and industry systems, and points out that summer tourism and city development are closely linked. The construction of summer tourism products system in Guiyang is discussed in chapter three.It analyzes Guiyang tourist industry from the sides of development condition, existing problems and coping strategies . The fourth chapter discusses the summer tourism industrial system in Guiyang city. The objectives and principles of summer industry construction are proposed.
