摘要 摘要 I I 摘要 保税港区作为物流体系中重要的支点，具有发展第三方物流得天独厚的优势和条 件。因此研究基于保税港区的第三方物流运作模式具有重要的理论和实用价值。本文 重点探讨了基于重庆保税港区的第三方物流运作模式。 文章在阐述保税物流和第三方物流的相关理论及当前重庆保税港区第三方物流 发展状况的基础上，对重庆保税港区发展第三方物流进行了 SWOT 战略分析，着重运 用归纳、对比等方法对其腹地产业特征、客户构成、需求特点、货物类别等方面进行 了比较，明确了重庆保税港区发展第三方物流的战略选择，接着结合重庆保税港区自 身特点和现有条件，进一步梳理出重庆保税港区港发展第三方物流的发展原则，在此 基础上探讨了保税港区发展两种第三方物流模式的可行性——保税港区仓储配送模 式和保税港区综合物流服务模式，逐个阐述其功能作用、运作流程、运作功能、运作 要素和应用收益以求说明这两种模式在理论上的典型性和实践上的可操作性，并在最 后又从基础设施建设、人才引进、信息中心平台建设、开展多项增值服务、国际化标 准等方面阐述重庆保税港区发展第三方物流的实现途径。 关键词： 第三方物流 保税物流 运作模式 Abs Abstract II II Abstract Bonded harbor area as an important pivot in logistics system has its unique advantages. Therefore, the research about the third party logistics operation mode based on the bonded port area has important theoretical and practical value. This paper discusses the third party logistics operation mode on chongqing bonded harbor area. After elaborating the third party logistics theory and the existing logistics operation model of chongqing bonded harbor area , this paper has a SWOT strategic analysis about the chongqing bonded port area developing the third party logistics. This paper detailedly arranges hinterland industry characteristics, composition, customer demand characteristic, goods categories of the chongqing bonded port area by using induction, comparison methods and so on, from the point of view of their own bonded harbor area, we has been clear about the chongqing bonded harbor area to develop the third party logistics strategic choice, and combined with chongqing bonded harbor area characteristics and existing conditions, this paper further creates to three feasible development model of the third party logistics about the chongqing port bonded harbor area, include bonded port storage distribution mode, bonded port logistics center mode and bonded port area integrated logistics service mode. This paper elaborates respectively their function, process design and application effect in order to illustrate maneuverability of these modes on theory
