心悸宁丸治疗阵发性房颤临床效果探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探究心悸宁丸治疗阵发性房颤的临床效果。 方法 随机选取2013年7月―2015年7月该院收治的130例阵发性房颤患者纳入研究，随机分为对照组和治疗组。其中对照组66例，采用口服盐酸普罗帕酮片进行治疗；治疗组 64例，口服心悸宁丸进行治疗。对比治疗前后两组患者的心率及血压变化情况，并于治疗结束后对两组患者的心房颤动改善情况进行对比评价，同时观察比较两组患者的不良反应发生情况。 结果 治疗前对两组患者的心率及血压情况进行测量后发现，两组患者比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的心率及血压情况均有所好转，但就上述指标改善的幅度来看，观察组远大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），临床用药较为安全。 结论 心悸宁丸治疗阵发性房颤，疗效显著，能有效降低患者的心率及血压，临床用药比较安全，具有极高的临床实用价值。 　　[关键词] 心悸宁丸；阵发性房颤；探讨 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（c）-0150-03 　　Clinical Effect Observation on Xinjining Pill in Treatment of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation 　　JIAN Peng， LI Qing-hai， FAN Li-hua 　　Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Zhengzhou， Henan Province， 450046 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effect of xinjining pill in treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
