米诺环素在皮肤性病治疗中的临床探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 分析研究米诺环素在皮肤性病治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 整群选取2012年9月―2014年2月在该院接收的皮肤性病患者一共有104例，皮肤感染组34例，非淋球菌性尿道炎组有17例，淋病组有14例，痤疮组25例，宫颈炎14例。其中包括有皮肤感染、痤疮、淋病、非淋球菌尿道炎、宫颈炎，对104例病人采取米诺环素给予治疗，对其临床治疗效果给予分析研究。结果 皮肤感染临床总有效率为94.12%；痤疮临床总体有效率为88%；淋病临床总体有效率为85.71%；非淋球菌性尿道炎临床总体有效率为100%；宫颈炎临床总体有效率为100%，以上相关皮肤性病之间的差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 皮肤性病采取米诺环素治疗，可以取得显著的治疗效果，对患者病情恢复和预后起到良好的促进作用，具有临床推广价值。 　　[关键词] 米诺环素；皮肤性病；治疗效果 　　[中图分类号] R751 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）12（c）-0126-03 　　Clinical study on minocycline in treatment of dermatology and venereology 　　YIN Lin， DUAN Yun-tao， CHA Yin 　　Dermatological Department， Dali Peoples Hospital， Dali， Yunnan Province， 671000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and research the clinical application value of minocycline in treatment of dermatology and venereology. Methods 104 cases of patients with dermatology and venereology treated in our hospital from September 2012 to February 2014 were selected and divided into the skin infection group with 34 cases， non-gonococcal urethritis group with 17 cases， blenorrhagia group with 14 cases， acne group with 25 cases and cervicitis group with 14 cases， and the 104 cases of patients were treated with minocycline， the clinical treatment effect of the patients was analyzed and researched. Results The clinical total effective rate of skin infection， acne， blenorrhagia， non-gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis was respectively 94.12%， 88%， 85.71%， 100% and 100%， the differences between the related dermatology and venereology above had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Minocycline in treatment of dermatology and venereology can obtain an obvious treatment effect， and it plays a good promotion role in the recovery of the patient’s disease condition and prognosis and is of clinical promotion value. 　　[Key words] Minocycline； Dermatology and venereology； Treatment effect 　　米诺环素在临床当中属于一种常见的四环素类广谱抗生素，其主要应用在因敏感病原菌造成的不同程度的感染，具有非常强的抗炎症、抗细菌以及抗胶原酶活性，对淋巴细胞活动以及皮脂分泌起到良好的抑制作用，对蛋白质代谢起到良好的促进作用，对细胞粘附作用带来相对比较
