With the rapid development of globalization and the knowledge economy, the human resources of the enterprise, the economic development of the country to play an increasingly visible role in promoting. Meanwhile, the gradual opening up of the market, an increase in the main competition, provided a broad space for the flow of talent, coupled with the corporate human resources management level is low, therefore, most of the state-owned enterprises faced with the increasingly serious problem of brain drain.
