西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 城市经济空间主体区位选择的建模与仿真 ——以西安市为例 专 业：系统工程 硕 士 生：程龙娜 指导教师：赵光华 摘 要 随着城市化进程的加快和经济全球化的趋势，对城市经济空间结构的动态演 化、内部结构机制的动态行为进行描述、预测等显得尤为重要。以往对城市经济 空间结构的研究大都建立在对城市中经济社会数据的统计分析之上，而城市作为 一个复杂的系统，其空间结构的演变就是生活在城市空间中的各类微观主体在时 间和空间上的演变。因此，通过宏观和微观相结合研究城市空间系统的方法越来 越受到学者们的关注。 本论文在复杂适应系统(Complex Adaptive System, CAS)理论的基础上，以城市 空间中各类经济主体(Agent)为研究对象，运用多主体建模(Multi-agent System， MAS)思想，通过 Swarm 仿真平台，探索在政府调控下，各属性居民、企业的动态 区位选择行为，进而分析研究适合西安市发展的经济空间模式。 首先在 CAS 理论的基础上，对城市系统中的各类经济主体的行为进行了分析， 并对影响城市系统中各主体区位选择的因素进行总结，建立了各自的效用函数， 以此来探讨各 Agent 的区位选择行为。 其次在 对西 安市 各主 体区位 选择 因素 调研 的基础 上， 运用 德尔 菲 (Delphi method)加熵权法(Entropy Weight method)的主客观赋权法，对各 Agent 的区位影响 因素权值进行确定。 最后在 MAS 思想的基础上，借助 Swarm 平台，建立了各 Agent 的区位选择 动态模型。在政府不同调控下，对各 Agent 的区位选择行为进行仿真，得到了政 府不同政策下西安市城市经济空间的布局，验证了西安市“九宫格”规划的正确 性，得出了当前西安市的合理发展模式，为决策分析提供了合理有效的理论依据。 关键词：主体；区位选择；效用函数；建模；仿真 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 Modeling and Simulating Location Choices of Urban Economic Agents -A Case Study of Xian Specialty： Systems Engineering Name： Cheng Longna Instructor：Zhao Guanghua Abstract With the urbanization and the HYPERLINK /w/tendency/ tendency of economic globalization, it seems to be particularly necessary and important that describing and predicting the evolution mechanisms of the city?s economic spatial structure and the dynamic development of the internal structure.
