社区≥60岁老年人高血压病现况调查 　　【摘要】 目的：了解山东省大王镇多社区60岁及以上居民的高血压病患病情况、治疗的依从性。方法：采用横断面调查的方法于2015年11-12月对大王镇多社区60岁及以上居民进行调查，应用统一的方法收集血压、身高、体重等相关资料，采用Morisky量表评价高血压病患者药物治疗的依从性情况。结果：本次研究共调查660例，高血压病患者为498例，高血压病患病率为75.45%，其中男性患病率高于女性，且随着年龄、BMI、血糖值的增加，患病率呈上升趋势（P0.05）。高血压病患者中正在服用降压药物者376例，治疗率为75.5%（376/498）；血压控制达标者130例，治疗控制率为34.57%（130/376）；药物治疗依从性佳者136例，占36.17%（136/376）。不同的经济收入患者的CPAT比较，差异有统计学意义（P=0.003）。结论：山东省大王镇社区年龄60岁及以上人群高血压病患病率高，血压控制达标率低，药物治疗依从性差，仍处于较低水平。 　　【关键词】 老年人； 高血压病； 患病率； 药物治疗依从性 　　The Investigation on the Residents over 60 Years Old with Hypertension in Community/GU Tian-jin，XU Hui-pu.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（31）：070-072 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To understand the prevalence of hypertension and the compliance of the treatment of 60 years old and above residents in Dawangzhen Shandong province.Method：The 60 years old and above residents were selected in Dawangzhen from November to December 2015，they were given cross-sectional survey， the relevant information of blood pressure，height and weight were collected with unified method，the Morisky scale evaluation of drugs in patients with hypertension treatment compliance.Result：This study investigated a total of 660 cases，hypertension patients were 498 cases，prevalence rate of hypertension was 75.45%， the prevalence rate of male was higher than female， with the increase of age， BMI and blood glucose the incidence increased（P0.05）. In hypertensive patients，376 cases were taking antihypertensive drugs，the treatment rate was 75.5%（376/498）；the blood pressure control was 130 cases，the control rate was 34.57%（130/376）；the drug treatment compliance was better in 136 cases，accounting for 36.17%（136/376），the difference was statistically significant in the CPAT of different economic income patients（P=0.003）.Conclusion：The 60 years old and above residents in Dawangzhen community Shandong province have high prevalence of hypertension，blood pressure control compliance rate is low， the drug treatment compliance is poor，it is
