手足外伤伤口疼痛护理临床效果研究 　　摘要：目的：为了进一步研究和探讨临床关于手足外伤患者伤口疼痛护理实践过程中采用有针对性的疼痛护理措施和方法的有效性，从而为临床针对手足外伤患者实施伤口疼痛护理实践提供借鉴和参考。 　　方法：本文选取了我院2010年12月至2012年12月期间收治的手足外伤患者共计108例为研究对象，随机将患者分成两组，分别为疼痛护理组和常规护理组，每组54例患者，常规护理组患者采用常规的临床护理措施和方法进行护理，疼痛护理组患者采用疼痛护理措施和方法。 　　结果：①两组患者实施不同临床护理措施后换药前，组间比较，两组患者的疼痛程度差异不明显，且P0.05，差异无统计学意义；②两组患者实施不同临床护理措施后换药后，组间比较，疼痛护理组患者的疼痛水平显著地优于常规护理组患者的疼痛水平，且P0.05，差异具有统计学意义。 　　结论：在临床针对手足外伤患者实施临床护理的实践过程中，采用伤口疼痛护理措施和方法可以显著地改善患者的伤口疼痛情况，是临床护理手足外伤患者的安全可靠选择，值得在临床实践过程中进一步进行推广和应用。 　　关键词：手足外伤 伤口疼痛 护理 临床效果 　　Doi：10.3969/j.issn.1671-8801.2013.08.053 　　Study on the clinical effects of pain care hand and foot trauma 　　Shao Mao 　　Abstract：Objective：To further study and discussion about the hand and foot trauma patients clinical wound pain nursing practice with effectiveness against pain nursing measures and methods of， so as to provide reference and reference for the clinical practice of hand and foot trauma patients wound pain nursing. 　　Methods：We selected patients with hand and foot trauma my hospital from 2010 December to 2012 December a total of 108 cases as the object of study， patients were randomly divided into two groups， respectively for nursing pain group and routine nursing group， 54 patients in each group， patients with routine nursing group using clinical nursing measures and routine method of nursing， nursing methods the patients pain pain nursing. 　　Result： ①the implementation of different clinical nursing measures of two groups of patients after surgery， group comparison， difference in pain intensity in patients of the two groups was not obvious， and P0.05， no significant difference；②the implementation of different clinical nursing measures for patients in the two groups after the dressing change， inter group comparison， pain nursing patients the pain was significantly better than that of routine nursing group the pain level， and P0.05， the difference was statistically significant. 　　Conclusion：In clinical practice for hand and foot trauma patients clini
