VOL.13, pp.157-180 (September 2006) 157 多國籍㈽業理論發展的歷史脈絡： 以㆔個研究取向為例 翁良杰 摘 要 本研究旨在探討多國籍企業思想的發展脈絡，並解構分析不同研究取向特點，特以 折衷典範、策略與結構、以及國際化歷程為對象，以時間順序以及環境變化的影響因素 為對應，進行研究分析架構。本研究認為，由縱斷面觀察，各理論的發展與勃興是受到 各來源國已存在的思想源流所影響，而由橫斷面觀察，各理論的發展過程皆受到不同時 期的環境因素影響。此外，本研究亦指出，各取向的研究均產生研究成果匯流情形，即 各理論均注意到相同的多國籍企業發展現象，吸收了不同領域的研究成果，並進一步回 饋到各個研究脈絡的論述中。 關鍵詞：多國籍企業、折衷典範、策略與結構取向、國際化歷程取向。 翁良杰：靜宜大學國際企業學系助理教授 投稿日期：941130　接受刊登日期：950314 158 修平㈻報　第㈩㆔期　民國㈨㈩㈤年㈨㈪ A Theoretical Analysis of Multinational Corporation Development Liang-Chieh Weng Abstract This study tries to discuss the theoretical development of the three approaches of the multinational corporation research (i.e the eclectic paradigm, strategy and structure approach, and the international process approach). By jointly considering the time path and international environment change, this study clearly state the three streams of research approach. This study find out that from the time line point of view, three theories development process are deeply influence by their country-endogenerated thoughts, and from the cross section point of view, three theories development are influenced by environment factors in three different periods of time. Besides, this study also point out that the results of the different approaches have converged, that is, different approaches reveal the same phenomenon of the development of multinational corporations and make many outcomes of research fed back to their own research approaches respectively.
