万方数据 万方数据 摘要 职业教育是与当前经济建设和社会发展密不可分的教育。从温家宝总理提出 的大力发展职业教育,到 2014 年国务院印发的加快发展职业教育,提出建立具 有中国特色,世界水平的现代职业教育体系。同年,教育部提出了职业教育的新 模式,即具有中国特色的现代学徒制。国家越来越重视职业教育,但职业教育却 遇到了一些难题,如学生流失问题,以中等职业学校学生流失最为严重。减少学 生流失已经成为学校乃至社会共同关注的话题,是中等职业学校急需解决的问 题。 本研究针对当前中等职业学校学生流失问题,以秦皇岛兴荣海事中等职业学 校为例。通过问卷调查、访谈等形式,了解到中等职业学校学生流失的特点。具 体表现在:流失学生主要集中于低年级;流失学生的年龄普遍偏小;流失学生的 文化程度普遍较低。针对学生流失的原因进行了系统的分析,学生个人原因如: 基础知识差、自我约束力差等;家庭原因如:经济困难、教育缺失、溺爱等;学 校原因如:软硬件缺少、管理不到位、课程设置不合理等;社会原因如:用工制 度不严、学生社会地位低等。本研究最后从国家、社会、学校等方面提出了应对 学生流失的建议。 本研究希望通过本文,对控制学生流失起到一定的理论参考作用,促进中等 职业学校健康、有序的发展。 关键词:中等职业学校,学生流失,预警机制 ABSTRACT Vocational education is closely related with the economic construction and social development of education. Vigorously develop vocational education from Premier Wen Jiabao put forward to 2014 the State Council issued to accelerate the development of vocational education, put forward to build with Chinese characteristics, the modern vocational education system in the world level. The same year, the Ministry of education put forward the new model of vocational education, which has the Chinese characteristic modern apprenticeship. More and more attention to the vocational education, the vocational education has encountered some problems, such as the loss of students in the secondary vocational school students, the most serious loss. To reduce the loss of students has become the common concern of the school and social topics, medium occupation school is in urgent need to solve the problem. In this study, the turnover of the secondary occupation school students, to Qinhuangdao middle school as an example of maritime Xingrong occupation. Through questionnaire survey and interview, the characteristics of the loss of middle vocational school students are understood.. Specific performance in the loss of students mainly concentrated in the lower grades; loss of student age slant generally small; loss of students cultural level is generally low.
