“体育、艺术 2+1 项目”中体育项目的实施研究 中文摘要 “体育、艺术 2+1 项目”中体育项目的实施研究 ——以常州外国语学校为例 中文摘要 “体育、艺术 2＋1 项目”是教育部体育卫生与艺术教育司于 2004 年，在全国 15 个课外文体活动工程示范区开展的教育实验，即通过学校组织的课内外体育教育 和艺术教育活动，让每个学生在九年义务教育阶段能够掌握两项体育运动技能和一项 艺术特长，为学生的全面发展奠定良好的基础。目前“体育、艺术 2＋1 项目”在全 国义务教育阶段学校中正逐步开展。常州市作为全国首批示范区，由常州外国语学校 率先进行“体育、艺术 2＋1 项目”的实验研究，经过多年的实施，取得的成果喜人。 本文采用文献资料法、调查问卷法、访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法，对常州外 国语学校“体育、艺术 2＋1 项目”中体育项目实施的组织管理、开展形式、评价、 效果等方面进行调查分析，并得出以下结论：1、有效的管理，到位的制度措施以及 “走出去、请进来”集思广益的多种手段是常州外国语学校“体育、艺术 2+1 项目” 中体育项目实施成功的保证。2、常州外国语学校以体育与健康课为平台进行运动技 能的系统传授；以课外文体俱乐部活动为载体定时（每周 2 次）、定点（固定的场地）、 定指导教师来巩固提高学生的运动技能；以“走俱乐部”制自选 2＋1 项目来实现 2 项运动技能的掌握。是“体育、艺术 2+1 项目”中体育项目实施的有效途径。3、常 州外国语学校研制出的《常州外国语学校“体育、艺术 2＋1 项目”的技能标准》具 有一定科学性、健身性、兴趣性、简明易行较客观的反映了“体育、艺术 2＋1 项目” 的实施效果。4、通过“体育、艺术 2＋1 项目”中体育项目的实施，学生对球类项目 的喜好占据首位，学生的运动兴趣、运动技能明显提高，《学生体质健康标准》测试 的达标率进步显著。体育教师的专项水平也有了较大的提高，说明“体育、艺术 2＋ 1 项目”中体育项目的实施效果显著。 关键词：体育、艺术 2＋1 项目；体育项目；评价；技能标准 作 者：何 飞 指导老师：刘小平 I II II Abstract ‘Sports, Art 2 + 1 Project’ in the implementation of the sports research ‘Sports, Art 2 + 1 Project’ in the implementation of the sports research ——take Changzhou Foreign Languages School as an example Abstract ‘Sports, Art 2 +1 Project’ is an education experiment which is developed by the Ministry of Education about sports health and art education in 2004, and is carried out in 15 nationwide demonstration areas of the extracurricular activities of engineering experiment.
