摘要 摘要 摘要 在人口老龄化的背景下，机构养老和居家养老由于自身的不足，无法满足老年人 的养老需求，然而社区养老可以弥补机构养老和居家养老的不足，于是在全国范围内 得以推广。城镇化步伐的加快导致城乡结合部的出现，城乡结合部同样受到人口老龄 化的影响，为满足老年人的养老需求，城乡结合部逐渐开展社区养老服务。城乡结合 部位于城市和农村的过渡地带，其老年人在户籍性质和收入来源上存在较大差异，从 而影响老年人对社区养老服务的需求，同时，老年人的年龄以及身体状况也会影响老 年人对社区养老服务的需求。城乡结合部由于地理位置、人口特征、经济发展水平等 的不同，在开展社区养老服务时，会展现出各种优势和劣势，从劣势分析当中，可以 发现城乡结合部在社区养老服务供给中存在的问题，因此，在具体实践过程中，应根 据存在的问题并结合老年人的养老需求来不断完善城乡结合部社区养老服务，在充分 利用优势的同时，变劣势为优势。 在人口老龄化以及城镇化背景下，本文首先介绍了研究背景和研究思路，总结在 社区养老服务方面的研究；然后介绍了城乡结合部社区养老服务的内涵以及基本内容， 在城乡结合部的界定方面，从定量和定性的角度来描述；然后在莱芜地区的城乡结合 部利用调查问卷开展调研，利用调研数据分析其社区养老服务的需求现状并对影响需 求的因素进行分析，据此个案，进行城乡结合部社区养老服务供给方面的优劣势分析， 然后结合国际城乡结合部社区养老服务的经验和我国社区养老服务发展的实际，为城 乡结合部社区养老服务的发展提出建议。 关键词：城乡结合部；社区养老服务；需求；供给 i 城乡结合部的社区养老需求及服务供给研究 城乡结合部的社区养老需求及服务供给研究 Abstract In the context of an aging population, there are many defects on pension and home care agencies, which can’t meet the needs of pension.
