护理干预青年乳腺癌手术患者对身心状态影响 　　[摘要] 目的 观察青年乳腺癌手术患者的心理状态以及护理干预对其身心状态的影响。方法 选取≤40岁的乳腺癌手术患者68例，随机分为对照组和护理干预组各34例。对照组按照护理程序常规进行术前访视、健康教育，护理干预组在此基础上实施护理干预。通过SAS焦虑自评量表测定两组患者人院时、术前1天、出院时SAS评分。结果 患者入院时SAS评分大于焦虑评定的临界标准分；术前1天SAS评分明显大于入院时SAS评分；出院时SAS评分小于临界标准分，且明显小于入院时SAS评分。护理干预组入院时SAS评分与对照组比较无差异，术前1天及出院时SAS评分明显小于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 青年乳腺癌手术患者普遍存在焦虑情绪，在手术前1天焦虑程度最高；而护理干预对青年乳腺癌手术患者的焦虑情绪有明显积极的影响．因此在青年岁乳腺癌患者手术前后有针对性地开展护理干预十分必要。 　　[关键词] 青年乳腺癌； 手术； 护理干预； 身心健康 　　[中图分类号] R472.3[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1005-0515（2011）-07-014-02 　　The Effect of Physical and Mental State of Young Breast Cancer Surgery by Nursing Intervention 　　作者简介：蒲琴,女,本科,主管护师,副护士长 　　Pu Qin 　　（daxian peoples hospital， operation room， Sichuan，daxian 635000，China） 　　[Abstract] Objective Observe young breast cancer surgery patients and the psychological state of the nursing intervention on the physical and mental state influence.Methods Select more than 40 68 cases of breast cancer surgery patients，Were randomized into control and nursing intervention group of each 34 cases。According to the control group nursing program routine preoperative supervision、Health education，Nursing intervention group based on the implementation of the nursing intervention.Through the SAS anxiety from rating scale for two groups of patients was people court、Preoperative 1 day、The hospital SAS score。Results When admission with SAS score than the critical BiaoZhunFen evaluation anxiety；Preoperative 1 day SAS score significantly greater than admission SAS score；The hospital SAS score critical BiaoZhunFen，And obviously less than admission SAS score.Nursing intervention group admission SAS score no difference compared with the control，Preoperative 1 day and the hospital SAS score obviously less than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Youth operation of breast cancer patients generally have anxiety，Preoperative 1 day anxiety level is the highest；And the nursing intervention operation of breast cancer patients to youth of anxiety that has an obvious effec
