摘 摘 要 摘 要 本文旨在研究承德市居住区景观的人性化问题及设计对策。 论文命题是基于承德市居住区景观现存种种非人性化问题，难以满足居住群 体的各种需求的背景下提出的。论文研究的主要目的是将以人为本的设计理念具 体体现于承德市居住区景观环境的营造中。始终贯彻人性化的设计原则，通过对 承德市自然景观和人文景观的分析与研究，结合居住主体于户外活动时的普遍需 求层次和行为特征，设计出适合承德市的人性化居住区景观环境，最大程度的保 留承德地方特色，以适应承德市不同居住群体的多样化景观需求。 本文采用文献查阅、现状调研结合实际案例的研究方法。 论文首先对国内外相关课题的发展概况进行回顾，具体分析影响承德市景观 人性化设计的自然和人文因素，结合人在景观空间中的心理、行为特征，明确人 是居住区景观设计的服务主体，人的各种需求是进行居住区景观设计首要考虑的 因素。然后通过对承德市 14 个中高档的居住区的实地调研，问卷调查结合询问观 察，总结出目前承德市居住区景观现存的若干问题。最后针对问题相应提出适合 承德市居住区景观关于城市特色、道路交通、交往空间、特殊群体、绿化景观、 水体景观、休憩设施和铺装景观的人性化设计对策。并将上述对策具体应用于承 德市世纪城和凤凰御景两个小区的改进措施研究之中。 人性化的居住区景观设计意在提高承德人的生命质量，是一次对适宜承德人 全面发展的人居环境的探索。 关键词：承德市；居住区景观；人性化 I A Abstract II II Abstract This thesis aims to study humanized landscape problems and countermeasures in design of Chengde City residential district. This proposition is based on Chengde city residential landscape existing all sorts of non-humanization problems.It’s hard to meet the housing needs of various groups in the context of the proposed. The main purpose of this thesis is to people-oriented design concept embodied in Chengde city residential landscape environment. Always implement the humanized design principle, through to analysis and research the natural landscape and the humanities landscape of Chengde City, combined with residents that to outdoor activities generally demand level and behavioral characteristics, designed for the human residential landscape environment in Chengde City, the greatest degree of retention of Chengde local characteristics, in order to adapt to the different living in Chengde city groups of diverse landscape demand.
