护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生存质量影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生存质量的影响。方法：选取2010年1月-2013年10月笔者所在医院收治的160例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为干预组和对照组，各80例。干预组与对照组均采用相同常规护理治疗，干预组在常规护理的基础上进行综合性护理干预，包括认识教育、生活方式指导、肺功能锻炼指导、营养饮食指导等方面。干预2个月后，对所有患者进行治疗前后生活质量的观察与比较，并统计患者对护理干预的满意度。结果：干预组患者生存质量优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；干预组患者护理干预满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：具有针对性的护理干预治疗方案对改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺功能及生存质量具有明显疗效，具有临床应用及推广价值。 　　【关键词】 护理干预； 慢性阻塞性肺疾病； 生存质量 　　中图分类号 R473.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）17-0084-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effects of nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method：160 patients with chronic obsructive pulmonary disease who were treated in author’s hospital from January 2010 to October 2013 were selected as the study objects，by using the method to random number table is divided into intervention group and control group，80 cases in each group.Intervention group and control group adopts the same routine nursing treatment， on the basis of comprehensive intervention group in conventional nursing care interventions， including knowledge education， way of life to guide， lung function exercise guidance， diet guidance， etc. Intervention after 2 months， for all of the patients quality of life observation and comparison before and after treatment， patients’ satisfaction to nursing intervention and statistics.Result：Intervention group patients quality of life was better than that of control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Intervention group patients satisfaction with nursing intervention is higher than the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Applying targeted nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has a obvious effect on the lung function and life quality of patients，which worthy of being applied and promoted in clinic. 　　【Key words】 Nursing intervention； Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease； Life quality 　　First-author’s address：Ch
