护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者焦虑情绪影响研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法：选取2015年11月-2016年10月于本院接受治疗的急性心肌梗死患者共70例作为此次研究对象。依照住院顺序将70例患者分为两组进行讨论，观察组35例和对照组35例。治疗期间对照组患者给予常规护理干预，观察组患者给予综合护理干预，治疗结束后，使用焦虑自评量表（SAS）对所有患者焦情况进行评?y，比较两组患者焦虑情绪差异以及患者护理满意度。结果：治疗护理结束后，观察组患者SAS评分明显低于对照组和治疗前，患者焦虑情绪得到明显缓解，且观察组患者护理满意度也显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：给予心肌梗死患者针对性的综合护理干预能有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪，提高生活质量和护理满意度，对疾病的治疗具有重要意义，值得临床推广使用。 　　【关键词】 护理干预； 急性心肌梗死； 焦虑； 影响 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the influence of nursing intervention on anxiety in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method：70 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from November 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the experimental subjects，and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of hospitalization，the observation group（n=35） and the control group（n=35）.The control group was received routine nursing intervention during the treatment period，while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.Then，after the end of treatment the anxiety status of all patients were evaluated by the self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS），and the differences of anxiety and satisfaction of patients between two groups were compared.Result：After the treatment and nursing，SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group and before the treatment（P0.05），the anxiety of the patients was significantly relieved.Moreover，the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The targeted comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with myocardial infarction can effectively alleviate the anxiety of patients，and can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients，and the treatment of disease is great significance and it is worthy of be used in the clinical. 　　【Key words】 Nursing intervention； Acute myocardial infarction
