In addition, the progressing development of medical technology,constant breakthroughs in the field of medicine, medical instruments and equipment of continuous improvement,and so on,which hasled medical fields to a peak in our country.In order to adapt to the changesandand meet the needs of development, thenew requirements will be put forward of the carrier function which belongs to medical architecture.Moreover, as complicated and special architecture types in all civil constructures,the general hospital must adapt to the changes and needs by using updating and reconstructed means.So,in the base of design and research theories about general hospitals,the topic carried about a research into renewal and reconstructing of general hospit.By analysing the factors about progress and trends of the general hospitals developement,a variety of solutions to problems and conflicts in the progerss of renewal and reconstructing have been concluded,then the researching importance of the topic emerged: The research and application of organic renewal in General hospital.The topic analysed and interpreted the organic renewal from three aspects:renewal scheme,general layout and construction unit design to put forward detailed strategies.Furthermore,the research achievements of organic renewal in General hospital have been applied to specifically practical program:the renewal of peoples hospital in Baoji city.By the thought of combining theories and prctice to interpret the renewal thinking
