摘 要 分油机是现代自动化船舶的重要的辅助设备，用于净化处理船上的柴油、滑油和燃油。分油机在船舶动力装置中的地位显得相当重要。分油机的正常运行对动力装置的正常工作起着非常重要的保障作用。 随着近年来船务公司对经济成本的追求，船务公司进一步削减经济成本，船用中低速柴油机使用劣质重油的技术在大规模的普及。这种劣质重油对主机柴油机的损耗十分巨大，这就要分油机对重油进行净化。不过当分油机所处理的油质较差时，分油机就很容易会出现故障。如何迅速判断故障并解决分油机的故障，为轮船提供净油，为船舶安全航行取得宝贵的时间，就显得十分的重要。本文从分油机的工作原理出发，通过查阅相关资料进行理论研究，结合平常的实践和总结，得出分油机主要会出现跑油的现象、出现异常的振动或噪声、不能进行排渣、不能建立油压、齿轮箱进水等故障。针对这些故障进行分析并进行日常维护与保养，确保分油机能稳定运行。 关键词 分油机 故障 维护 保养 Abstract Oil purifier is a important assistant equipment of modern automation ship. Oil purifier is used for refine M D O, L O ,H F O，Oil purifier have a important position of ship motive power device .Oil purifier plays a very important role in the normal working power device。Recent years, with the economic costs of shipping company pursue, shipping companies cut down the economic costs.The technology of marine low-speed diesel engine using heavy oil is mass popular .This inferior heavy oil to M/E 、G/E is a huge wastage .So oil purifier should refine the heavy oil .But when oil purifier deal with poor quality oil ,the oil purifier is very easy to appear some fault 。How to fast judging and solving oil purifier fault ,offering clean oil to ship and gaining safe voyage time is very important . This article according to the working oil purifier principle of the practice and summary by ordinary, oil purifier main will appear run oil phenomenon, appear abnormal vibration or noise, cannot undertake discharging slag, cannot build of hydraulic, gearbox fault water . According to the failure analysis and conduct routine maintenance, ensure oil purifier can stable work.
