自制金黄膏外敷治疗混合痔术后肛门水肿的临床观察 　　[摘要]目的 探讨自制金黄膏外敷治疗混合痔术后肛门水肿的临床效果。方法 将2014年9月～2017年2月因嵌顿性混合痔于我院住院行外剥内扎术治疗的80例患者纳入研究并随机分组，对照组40例单用马应龙痔疮膏外敷，观察组40例联合我院自制金黄膏外敷。治疗7 d，比较两组的临床疗效。结果 治??后，两组患者的肛门坠胀疼痛、水肿评分及症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分均降低，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，观察组的肛门坠胀疼痛、水肿评分及SCL-90评分均更低（P0.05）。观察组的总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的72.50%（P0.05）。结论 自制金黄膏外敷治疗混合痔术后肛门水肿的效果显著，可有效改善临床症状，促进疾病康复，值得推广。 　　[关键词]自制金黄膏；外敷；混合痔术后；症状自评量表 　　[中图分类号] R657.1+8 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）11（a）-0161-03 　　Clinical observation of external application of homemade Jinhuang Ointment in the treatment of anal edema after operation of mixed hemorrhoids 　　ZHANG Quan-hui DENG Yong-wen▲ 　　Anorectal Department，the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Nanchang 330006，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external application of Homemade Jinhuang Ointment in the treatment of anal edema after operation of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From September 2014 to February 2017，80 cases suffering from incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids performed with Milligan-Morgan in our hospital were recruited and evenly divided into the control group （external application of Mayinglong hemorrhoid cream only） and observation group （addition of external application of homemade Jinhuang Ointment） in random.The course of treatment was lasted for 7 days.The clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment，the score of anal distending pain and edema，and scores of symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90） were all decreased significantly in the two groups with statistical differences （P0.05）.After therapy，the score of anal distending pain and edema，and the score of SCL-90 were lower than those of the observation group （P0.05）.The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%，which was higher than that of the control group （72.50%） （P0.05）.Conclusion External application of homemade Jinhuang Ointment can obtain a remarkable in the treatment of postoperative anal edema of
