自制负压引流器在预防剖宫产术后切口感染中的应用体会 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨自制负压引流器在剖宫产术后预防切口感染中的疗效。方法 120例行剖宫产手术患者， 随机分为观察组和对照组， 每组60例。术后切口放置自制负压引流器患者作为观察组， 术后行常规缝合患者作为对照组， 术后两组患者均常规合理使用抗生素治疗。比较两组患者术后切口感染情况及切口愈合时间。结果 两组年龄、孕周、手术时间及术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组剖宫产术后出现切口红肿6例， 发生率为10.0%， 切口感染2例， 发生率为3.3%， 切口愈合时间（7.12±2.56）d。对照组剖宫产术后切口红肿15例， 发生率25.0%， 切口感染8例， 发生率13.33%， 切口愈合时间（11.76±3.67）d。两组切口红肿、切口感染、切口愈合时间比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 自制负压引流器对剖宫产术后患者可以有效的降低术后切口感染率， 并缩短切口愈合时间， 可在临床推广。 　　【关键词】 自制负压引流器；剖宫产；切口感染 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.07.098 　　Application experience of self-made vacuum drainage apparatus in prevention of postoperative incision infection in cesarean section SUN Xiu-jie.
