宁波 宁波大学硕士专业学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 中职计算机技能竞赛指导模式研究 —以网页制作为例 摘 要 随着中职 教育 、 教学 改革的不 断推进 ，开 展职业技 能竞赛 已作 为选拔和 培 养技能型 人才的 重要 手段。职 业技能 竞赛 是发展职 业教育 ，提 高人才素 质的重 要手段， 在学生 综合 素质培养 中发挥 着重 要作用。 技能竞 赛的 训练过程 能够提 高学生综 合应用 专业 知识的能 力以及 分析 解决问题 的能力 ，对 其今后目 标性就 业有非常 重要的 帮助 。 然而，在 职业技 能 竞 赛中却普 遍存在 着“ 重结果轻 过程” 、 “ 重技能轻 思 维”、“ 重灌输 轻指 导” 问题 ，计算 机大 类软件应 用方面 的竞 赛也不例 外。如 何走出“ 三重三 轻 ” 的老路子 ，这是 我们 面临的困 境。但 是目 前国内相 关研究 成果较少 ，难以 为一 线教师的 实践提 供有力的指导 。为此 ，本 研究在理 论 与实 践相结合 的基础 上， 尝试构建 计算机 技能 竞赛指导 模式， 以解 决技能 竞赛中的 “三重三 轻”问题， 为达成竞 赛指导 的长 效 目标， 为促进 学生 发展，为 上岗奠 定基础， 寻找新 的路 径。 本研究在 总结技 能竞 赛培训经 验的基 础之 上，结合 中职学 生的 相关特点 ， 以建构主 义理论 和情 境学习理 论为指 导， 初步构建 了计算 机技 能竞赛指 导模 式，并在 三轮行 动研 究的基础 上，对 该指 导模式 进 行修订 和完 善，同时 也初步 验证了该 模式的 有效 性。 论文包括 五章 内容， 分别如下 ：第 1 章绪 论。主要 阐述选 题的 背景、研 究 的目与意 义以及 研究 过程和方 法。第 2 章 相关研究 评述。 对技 能竞赛及 培训研 究现状进 行深入 分析 ，进而论 证构建 计算 机技能竞 赛指导 模式 的必要性 。第 3 章中职计 算机技 能竞 赛指导模 式的建 构。 在学习理 论的支 撑下 ，探讨模 式建构 的目的、 条件、 指导 模式的实 施流程 及评 价。第 4 章中职 计算 机技能竞 赛指导 模式的实 践研究 。经 过三轮行 动研究 不断 修改和完 善，最 后形 成了较为 成熟的 计算机技 能竞赛 指导 模式。第 5 章结 论与 展望。分 析本文 的创 新之处和 不足， 提出以后 研究的 思 路 和方向。 关键词：技能竞赛, 指导, 模式, 创新思维 I 中职计算机技能竞赛指导模式研究—以网页制作为例 The study of competition guidance mode for secondary vocational computer skills —Taking website development as an example Abstract With the development of the secondary vocational education and teaching reform, occupational skill competition becomes an important means to select and train skilled telants which is also an effictive way to develop vocational education and improve the quality of talents. It plays a very important role in training the students’comprehensive quality. The process of training can improve the students’ability of making comprehensive use of the professional knowledge and analyzing and solving problems, which is very useful for them to get employment with purpose.
