护理标识在体检护理管理中价值研究 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨在体检护理管理中应用护理标识的临床效果。方法 184例参加体检的受检者随机分为实验组与对照组， 每组92例。??验组设置护理标识， 而对照组则不应用护理标识， 观察两组检查时间， 记录两组的不良事件发生情况， 并对比两组受检者的服务满意度。结果 实验组检查时间（2.58±0.54）h明显短于对照组（3.87±0.66）h、不良事件发生率5.43%明显低于对照组19.57%、服务满意度97.83%明显高于对照组89.13%， 两组比较， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 经过研究发现， 在体检护理管理中应用护理标识能够有效的提高检查效率， 减少不良事件的发生， 提高受检者的服务满意度， 提高了护理质量， 值得在临床过程中推广应用。 　　【关键词】 护理标识；体检护理管理；检查效率；服务满意度 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.09.097 　　Research of value by nursing marks in physical examination nursing management ZHONG Xiao-shan， XIE Ze-juan， CHEN Jia-di， et al. Methods A total of 184 people in physical examination were randomly divided into experimental group and control group， with 92 cases in each group. The experimental group received nursing marks setting， and the control group received no nursing marks. Observation was made on examination time in the two groups， and records were made on their adverse events. Comparison was made on service satisfaction degree between the two groups. Results The experimental group had obviously shorter examination time as （2.58±0.54） h than （3.87±0.66） h in the control group， its incidence of adverse reactions was much shorter as 5.43% than 19.57% in the control group， and it had much higher service satisfaction degree as 97.83% than 89.13% in the control group. The differences all had statistical significance between the two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion Research showed that nursing marks applied in physical examination nursing management can effectively improve examination efficiency， reduce adverse events， increase service satisfaction degree and improve quality of nursing.
