摘 要 上世纪中叶以来，世界经济发生了技术层面的结构性擅变。以信息技术革命为代表的新技术革命对世界各国的经济运行过程产生了深刻的影响，由于信息技术革命大大降低了人类获取、加工、存储和传递信息的成本，使得国际经济的联系得到持续加强，从而出现了世界经济的全球化趋势。随着中国入世的的完成，国内企业不可避免的要面对激烈的市场竞争，企业信息化成为提高企业竞争力的重要手段，然而作为我国经济重要组成部分的中小企业，其信息化程度的高低直接关系到整个国家信息化的水平，因此对我国中小企业信息化存在的问题及其对策的研究具有重要的理论及实践意义，本文的主要研究内容及其对策如下:首先，论文从国内、外两个方面系统的分析信息化概念及其内涵、企业信息化的概念、中小企业信息化的现状，接着，笔者全面而系统的归纳、阐述了目前困扰我国中小企业信息化的主要原因，最后归纳出来我国中小企业信息化过程中在管理体系、人才、观念、信息化均衡、资金、环境、政策等方面遇到的问题，针对存在的问题给出相应的对策。 关键字：中小企业信息化、 原因、存在问题、建议 ABSTRACTION The structure that the technology face tier happened in world economy over the past upper century middle period, being expert in changing The economy taking information technological revolution as the new technological revolution representing to all the countries n the world runs process have produced deep effect , gain , process , store and transfer the information cost since information technological revolution has reduced human being greatly, feasible international economy connection has got the sustained sharpening , the world economy globalization trends has appeared thereby.
