文丘里面罩给氧在艾滋病合并肺孢子菌肺炎中应用 　　[摘要]目的 探讨文丘里面罩在艾滋病合并肺孢子菌肺炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2013年9月～2017年5月收治的64例艾滋病合并卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎患者作为研究对象，随机分成对照组和观察组，每组32例。对照组给予普通鼻导管输氧，观察组给予文丘里面罩给氧，比较两组患者不同时间点动脉血氧分压（PaO2）、动脉血氧饱和度（SpO2）的改善程度及氧疗舒适度、鼻黏膜干燥度。结果 观察组的PaO2、SpO2水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；且氧疗不舒适发生率、鼻黏膜干燥发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 文丘里面罩在治疗艾滋病合并卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎患者中的应用效果较好，能有效提高患者的PaO2、SpO2，改善低氧血症等。 　　[关键词]卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎；文丘里面罩；艾滋病；动脉血氧分压；动脉血氧饱和度 　　[中图分类号] R512.91 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）12（a）-0022-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the Venturi mask in the treatment of patients with AIDS complicated with Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia.Methods 64 patients with AIDS complicated with Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia in our hospital from September 2013 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects，and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，32 cases in each group.The control group was given normal nasal catheter oxygen therapy，the observation group was given Venturi mask for oxygen.The improvement of arterial partial pressure of oxygen （PaO2），arterial oxygen saturation （SpO2），comfort degree of oxygen therapy and nasal mucosa dryness were compared between the two groups at different time points.Results The level of PaO2 and SpO2 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The incidence rate of oxygen therapy and discomfort，dry nasal mucosa in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The application effect of the Venturi mask in the treatment of AIDS patients complicated with Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia is better，which can effectively improve PaO2 and SpO2 in patients with hypoxemia and so on. 　　[Key words]Pneumocystis carnii pneumonia；Venturi mask；Acquired immune deficiency syndrom（AIDS）；Arterial partial pressure of oxygen；Arterial oxygen saturation 　　艾滋病患者由于免疫功能缺陷，卡式肺孢子菌?^度繁殖，使肺组织发生实变，
