哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 毕业设计（论文） PAGE 10 - - PAGE 44 - - 摘要 创业板市场上市公司的成长性，既是创业板市场发展的核心，也是其生存的前提。市场内大多数公司都处于高科技行业，具有较高的成长性，因此，如何评价创业板上市公司的成长性成为亟待解决的问题。 基于我国创业板上市公司的实际情况，通过研究国内外企业成长性的评价指标体系，建立了一套由表现层评价指标（盈利能力、运营能力、成本控制能力、偿债能力）和影响层评价指标（外部环境、管理层素质、公司治理结构）构成的成长性评价指标体系。根据因子分析法和主成分分析法构建了因子分析模型和综合评价模型，并采用SPSS统计软件分析了我国创业板上市公司的成长性情况。 根据评价结果分析了我国创业板上市公司成长性的综合排名和分项能力排名状况。从综合得分情况来看，大部分企业成长性前景看好，但也存在成长性较低的企业，投资者投资时需要谨慎；从分项能力得分情况来看，成长性的差异较大；评价研究的结果与实际情况较为一致，表明我国创业板成长性评价体系能公正、客观地反映创业板上市公司的状况。 我国创业板上市公司成长性的评价研究为创业板市场的研究提供了借鉴；为投资者判别投资风险，选择高成长创业板上市公司提供了依据。 关键词　创业板；成长性；因子分析；主成分分析 Abstract Growth of the company in gem market is not only the core of the gem market development, which is the prerequisite for survival. Inside the market most companies in the high-tech industry, has the high growth, therefore, how to evaluate gem listing the companys growth become problems to be solved. Based on the actual situation of domestic gem companies and the study of domestic and foreign enterprise growth evaluation index system, a set of performance evaluation index (by profitability, operation ability, cost control ability, debt paying ability) and affected layer evaluation index (external environment, management quality, corporate governance structure) consists of the growth evaluation index system has been established. According to the factor analysis and principal component analysis, the factor analysis model and comprehensive evaluation model are built and growth of the company listing in gem is analyzed by using SPSS software. According to the evaluation results, it analyzes gem companies the growth of comprehensive ranking and breakdown ability ranking. From comprehensive score situation, the most enterprise growth prospects look good, but there are also lower-growth enterprise, investors should be careful; Judging from the breakdown ability score, the growth is different obviously; The results of the Evaluation research are consistent with the actual situation in our country, and it show that
