中北大学分校毕业设计 PAGE PAGE 8 球型门锁锁舌壳冲压工艺性分析及模具设计 摘要：冷冲压是常温下利用冲模在压力机上对材料施加压力，使其产生分离或塑性变形，从而获得一定形状、尺寸和性能的零件加工方法。本论文是研究球形门锁锁舌壳的工艺性分析及模具设计，球型门锁锁舌壳是典型的宽凸缘拉深件，经过充分的工艺分析和方案比较，确定需要落料、拉深、整形、冲孔、切边、冲底孔、翻遍、压凸台等工序，属于冷冲压。本论文的难点在于确定拉深次数，通过拉深可以拉深出圆筒形件。要完全实现工艺要求，必须尽量的将工序合并，本设计通过采用复合冲压的方法，使得工艺得到了优化。总之，本次设计给出了落料拉深，，切边冲孔，冲底孔，翻遍压凸台等多套模具总体设计方法和模具图。 关键词：宽凸缘筒形件,切边冲孔，冲底孔，翻遍压凸台 S p hherical shell door latch analysis of stamping process and die design AAbstract: The cold stamping die is used at room temperature in the press to put pressure on the material to produce a separation or plastic deformation, and thus obtain a certain shape, size and performance of parts machining.
