时间管理倾向与师范生教师职业成熟度关系 　　摘 要 目的：探讨学习投入在师范生职业成熟度和时间管理倾向之间的中介效应，了解师范生职业态度和职业能力成熟度状况。方法：采用师范生职业成熟度问卷、青少年时间管理倾向量表和学习投入量表对某师范学院346名师范生进行施测。结果：①时间管理倾向与师范生教师职业成熟度存在显著正相关（r = 0.292，p0.01）；学习投入与师范生教师职业成熟度存在显著正相关（r = 0.321，p0.01）；②学习投入在时间管理倾向与职业成熟度之间起部分中介作用，中介效应占总效应的比例为45.21%。结论：学习投入在师范生职业成熟度和时间管理倾向之间有一定中介作用。 　　关键词 师范生 教师职业成熟度 时间管理倾向 学习投入 　　中图分类号：G451 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkx.2016.08.033 　　Abstract Objective： To explore the mediating effect of learning investment on the career maturity and time management disposition of normal college students， and to understand the status of the professional
