摘 要 随着我国经济的不断发展，铁路运输在我国的运输业中起到的作用在不断地增强，但是铁路货车的速度和载重量成为了制约铁路运输业的发展。所以目前高速、重载铁路货车是国内铁路车辆发展的一个新的方向，针对这个发展的方向现在研制25t轴重敞车。 本车在设计的整个过程中，首先对国内外敞车进行了详细的调查研究，主要调查了敞车的现状、新技术、发展趋势、敞车浴盆结构及底架的结构等，然后通过对调查研究的结果分析发现浴盆结构可以增加车辆的载重，同时又结合本课题的内容对方案行进了论证与选取，最后根据选取的方案进行设计计算、制图、撰写说明书等。 本车的设计的运营速度为120km/h载重为75t，能够完全满足现在铁路运输业的发展方向，同时本车还对现有浴盆敞车的不合理的结构进行了一定的改进，使用户在使用过程中减少了许多困难。本车的工艺大都采用现有的工艺技术，这样也减少了本车的成本和用户使用的费用。 关键词： 敞车 底架 浴盆 ABSTRACT As Chinas economy continues to develop, the role railroad transportation industry in China played has been strengthening. In the design of the whole process of this freight，I made detailed investigation in gondola at home and abroad.I made main survey of the status of Gondola, new technologies, development trends, Gondola bathtub structure and chassis structure. Then I found bathtub structure can increase the traffic load on the results of the study and also made demonstration and the selection in light of the issues on the contents of the program,the final selection bases on the design of the program, cartography, such as writing brochures. The design of the cars operation speed of 120 km / h to 75 t load, can fully meet the development of railway transport direction,In addition, this freight has made definite improvementof of irrational structure existing bathtub in the Gondola existing bathtub .SO, the number of difficulties users meet in the process is reducing. The cars makes most use of existing technology, which would also reduce the cost of the vehicles and the cost of users.
