PAGE l 关于拓展我国商业银行表外业务的思考 [摘 要] 八十年代以来西方商业银行将表外业务作为发展重点，使表外业务得到迅速发展，目前西方商业银行的表外业务收入已大体与表内业务收入持平，有的甚至超过了表内业务的收入。表外业务在现代商业银行业务结构中的地位日趋重要和显著，商业银行经营表外已经和经营国际化、资本证券化一起成为国际金融业发展的三大趋势。为了适应国际和国内金融市场日益激烈的竞争环境，提高综合竞争力，发展表外业务已经成为我国商业银行必然而现实的选择。与西方商业银行相比，我国商业银行的表外业务仍处于起步阶段。因此国内商业银行要谋求新发展契机必须大力发展表外业务，本文过对国内外商业银行表外业务的发展状况的对比，分析了我国商业银行目前表外业务发展滞后的原因，提出了我国商业银行表外业务的发展战略和业务拓展构想。 [关键词] 商业银行 表外业务 问题 对策 Thoughts about Expanding the Off-Balance Sheet Activities of Our Country [Abstract] From 1980s, commercial banks in Western countries have put emphasis on the development of off-balance-sheet activities and promoted the operation rapidly. Now, for these banks, the raceme of off-balance-sheet activities is as much as that of balance-sheet activities. Some banks even have surplus. Off-Balance Sheet Activities plays more and more important and remarkable role in the business of modem commercial bank, commercial bank management form the OBSA, the internationalized management and the capital stock certificate have become the three greatest trends of international financial industry development. In order to adapt the international and native increasingly vigorous financial market competition environment, improve the synthesizes competition ability, the developing of OBSA has become the inevitable but reality choice for our country commercial bank. Compared with these banks, off-balance-sheet activities arc still at beginning in our domestic commercial banks. It is necessary for the commercial banks of our country to develop their fee-based business if they want to seek new opportunities for development.Comparing the fee-based business between the foreign and domestic commercial banks.this paper discusses the reasons for the underdevelopment of the fee-based business of the commercial banks in China.and offers some proposals accordingly.
