This thesis comprehensively states the urgency and necessity of innovating the business model and achieving industry upgrading. This thesis discusses that the lamp manufacturing enterprise may achieve the sustainable development and win the globalize competition only if they cany out the valuation strategy. This thesis focus on the research of how to realize the new commerce model-electronic commerce on the lamp manufacturing enterprise, and also discuss the different basis of electronic commerce that lamp manufacturing use based on their different target customers. And then introduce the way to develop the new market through the new electronic commerce. And puts forward the new cooperation methods in business with financial corporation and logistics enterprise. And forcasts that the new electronic commerce will be the main stream commerce model, enterprises shall make the long term strategy plan. After discusses the new commerce model and the way to carry out the new commerce model. Any commerce model may be easily copied. But every enterprise has its own unique operation management model and the refined management grade, this is not easy to be copied. Enterprises shall focuse on Continuous improvement and reengineering process to achieve a high efficient operation process, this thesis gives several cases to discuss the way to realize the regineering process. To combine the new commerce model with high operation management model is the basis of the lamp manufacturing enterprise to achieve sustainable development.
