工商管理学院 关于毕业论文撰写规范的说明及样本 请毕业论文指导教师指导学生参照校发《毕业论文撰写规范》（蓝皮本）并按照样本格式及批注中的说明对论文进行排版。 统一要求： 1、A4纸，单面打印，边距：上30mm，下25mm，左25mm，右25mm，行间距1.5倍。 2、论文所有阿拉伯数字（包括章、节、条、目序号）非特殊说明一律使用Times New Roman字体，不用其它任何字体。 3、该说明及样本未尽事宜，请参照《毕业论文撰写规范》（黄皮本）执行。 注：样本的论文内容不具有参考价值，仅作格式上的规定。 2006年5月10日现代企业的融资战略 摘　　要 现代企业融资战略是公司金融的操作重点，伴随着世界资本市场的飞速发展，股权融资已成为企业研究的重中之重。文章分步分析了企业融资的全程操作。 首先，本文对企业的现代性作了分析。现代企业之所以“现代”，不仅仅体现在企业的经营管理制度上，现代经营理念则是“现代”的最本质内涵。进入21世纪，资本经营逐渐成为企业发展的“时代特征”，而作为资本经营的基础和重要组成部分的企业融资也越来越受到企业重视。 其次，本文对企业融资战略先做了概述分析。包括：融资原则，融资的决定因素，融资的方式及其优劣性等等。 第三，本文重点分析了现代企业股权融资运作。先从概念及现状问题入手分析，通过对公司治理，上市操作，股权再融资等几方面的阐述，并且介绍了公司股票的上市的程序及资格规定，在总体上告诉读者如何科学规范地实施企业股权融资运作，为企业发展注入活力。 最后，文章提出了融资创新，采取货币资本性融资和非货币性融资，为现代企业融资课题指明了研究发展的方向。 关键词：资本经营，企业融资，股权融资 The Stocking Finance of Modern Enterprises Abstract With the constant perfection of the market economy of our country, small and medium-sized enterprises have got unprecedented development too, Its position in national economy has already been no longer what it was before, small and medium- sized enterprises play a enormous role to the development of the economy of our country. But small and medium-sized enterprises obtain financial support have awkward situation. It has already been the question which a society has known altogether that small and medium-sized enterprises are difficult in financing. Analyze that causes the reason difficult in financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, On one hand the policy to small and medium-sized enterprises of government is insufficient in input, On one hand the financial system, to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises to carry on the direct financing, On one hand the financial system is uncompleted to understanding and service supporting small and medium-sized enterprises to carry on the direct financing and finance indirectly, In addition, it is the questions of a great deal of respects that small and medium-sized enterprises exist.
