煤种变化对锅炉结渣影响分析研究 　　摘 要：煤质特性变化是影响锅炉结渣的主要原因。通过对锅炉结渣的影响因素：煤灰熔融特性和低位发热量的分析及锅炉运行参数制粉系统、炉膛温度和风煤配比不当的分析，提出了当煤种改变时预防结渣的措施：运行负荷低，掺烧比例高，运行负荷高，掺烧比例低，相应调整机组运行参数；提高锅炉对煤种的适应范围；提高锅炉本身改造力；进而提高机组运行稳定性。 　　关键词：煤种变化 锅炉 结渣 煤质特性 　　中图分类号：TK227.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674-098X（2017）12（c）-0042-02 　　Abstract： Coal type changes bring variation of coal properties， variation of coal properties is main factor of coal slagging.
