炎症因子对2型糖尿病血管内皮功能紊乱影响研究 　　摘要：目的研究炎症因子对2型糖尿病血管内皮功能紊乱的影响。方法选择2012年3月~2013年3月我院接诊的60例2型糖尿病患者，根据患者是否出现血管病变分为T2DM-A组（未出现血管病变）和T2DM-B组（出现血管病变）。另外选择30例健康体检者进行对照。调查并检测分析三组患者的年龄、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、体重指数（BMI）、空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后 2 h 血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、血胆固醇（TC）、血甘油三酯（TG）、血肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）的差异。并检测分析三组的IL-8、IL10、IL-18三项指标的水平。结果T2DM-B组患者的SBP、DBP、Scr值明显高于NC组和T2DM-A组（P0.05），T2DM-A组和T2DM-B组的SBP、DBP、BMI、FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、Scr、BUN均明显高于NC组，各项数据比较有统计学意义（P0.05）。T2DM-B组患者的IL-8、IL-18值明显高于T2DM-A组和NC组（P0.05），NC组的IL-10值明显高于T2DM-A组和T2DM-B组（P0.05）。结论IL-8、IL10、IL-18水平的变化，与2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能紊乱相关。 　　关键词：2型糖尿病；血管病变；炎症因子 　　The Effect of Inflammation Factors to Vascular Endothelial Dysfunction in Type 2 Diabetes 　　DONG Jun1,LIAO Yuan-bing2,FU Juan3,YANG Li4,YANG Bei5 　　(1.Department of Endocrinology; 2.Department of emergency; 3.Department of Cardiology; 4.Department of Dermatology;5.Department of Stomatology,Clinical Medical College/Affiliated Hospital,Jiujiang University in Jiangxi Province,Jiujiang 332000,Jiangxi,China) 　　Abstract：Objective To study the effect of Inflammation factors to vascular endothelial dysfunction in type 2 diabetes.MethodsChoose from March 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital admissions study 60 patients with type 2 diabetes,according to whether the patient T2DM-A group(does not appear to vascular lesions into vascular disease) and T2DM-B group(vascular disease).Also select 30 healthy volunteers were studied.The age, systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),body mass index (BMI),subjects fasting blood glucose (FBG),2 h postprandial glucose (2hPG),glycated hemoglobin ( HbA1c),blood cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),serum creatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN) of the three groups were detected.
