PAGE \* MERGEFORMATXXXIII 东北农业大学学士学位论文 学号：双城中小规模养猪场的调查 Shuangcheng survey of small and medium-sized pig farms 学生姓名： 指导教师： 所在院系：动物科学技术学院 所学专业：动物科学 研究方向：养猪生产与环境控制 东 北 农 业 大 学 中国·哈尔滨 2013年6月 Northeast Agricultural University B.C Thesis NO.Shuangcheng survey of small and medium-sized pig farms Candidate: Supervisor: Department: Collage of Animal Science and Technology Specialty: Animal Science Direction: Animal Nutrition Feed Science Northeast Agriculture University Harbin·China 2013·6 摘 要 养猪业是我国农村经济支柱产业，近年来，养猪业的也在快速发展。就我国目前猪生产格局无论是从猪场数量还是出栏数量来看，年出栏在50-3000头的中小规模养猪场在我国养猪生产中占据着重要的地位。就当前形势来看，中小规模养猪场数量的迅速增多预示着其将成为我国生猪产业发展的主要趋势。但中小规模养猪在生产中存在很多亟待解决的问题，当前形势下，对中小规模养猪实施标准化生产，对解决我国生猪产业现存问题与提高养殖户经济效益有着极其重要的意义。 本研究以实地调研的方式，重点着眼于了解我省中小规模养猪场的实际情况，主要研究如下: 1. 养殖户文化水平普遍不高，组织化程度低、饲养比较分散，造成其自主经营能力差，抗风险能力弱，在生猪产业链中处于高风险、低收益的弱势地位，是引发生猪价格经常大幅波动的主要原因。与过去相比，中小规模养殖户虽然在饲养模式、良种覆盖率等方面有了很大的改善，但总体来说在猪场规划设计、疫病防控、饲养管理等多个方面都还存在着较大问题。 2. 养殖户在养殖过程中由于难以得到必要的技术培训，通常是凭借经验进行养殖，生产操作技术不规范，技术水平低，养殖各阶段目标不清晰，生产管理盲目性大。 关键词:养猪业；中小规模养猪场；经济支柱 Shuangcheng survey of small and medium-sized pig farms Abstract The pig industry is the pillar industry of Chinas rural economy in recent years, the pig industry is also developing rapidly.
