研究中西医结合护理干预治疗消化性溃疡患者效果 　　【摘要】目的 探究中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡患者的综合护理经验，为临床护理提供借鉴。 　　方法 选取2014年2月～11月来我院就诊的86例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象，在中西医结合治疗的基础上进行护理干预，对比患者治疗前后的疗效和情绪状态。结果 86例患者中，治愈46例（53.49%），好转 　　32例（34.89%），总有效率为90.7%；SAS得分由之前的（61.45±7.66）分降低至（41.98±6.34）分，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 基于中西医结合，进行综合化护理干预，采取健康护理、情志护理等护理对于治疗消化性溃疡具有积极意义。 　　【关键词】中西医结合；消化性溃疡；护理 　　【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】ISSN.2095-6681.2015.07.00.02 　　To study the effect of combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer patients 　　LIU Ru-mei1，SUN Zhong-hua2 　　（1.The eighth peoples hospital of qingdao regions， Shandong Qingdao 266000，China；2.The affiliated hospital of qingdao university north campus static distribution center， Shandong Qingdao 266000，China） 　　【Abstract】Objective Explored the comprehensive nursing experience of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of peptic ulcer patients， to provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods Select February 2014 to November to our hospital for treatment of 86 cases of digestive ulcer patients as the research object， in the traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with treatment based on nursing intervention， compared before and after treatment in patients with the efficacy and emotional state. Results 86 cases of patients， 46 patients were cured （53.49%） ，32 cases （34.89%） patients get better，the total effective rate was 90.7%.；the SAS score （61.45±7.66） before by reducing to （41.98±6.34）， the results with significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Based on the combination of Chinese and western medicine， comprehensive nursing intervention， and health care、modern nursing care has positive significance in treating peptic ulcer . 　　【Key words】Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine；Peptic ulcer； Nursing 　　消化性溃疡是由于胃部粘膜保护屏障功能遭到损伤、分泌胃酸较多等，造成十二指肠、食道、胃等部位出现缺损，倘若患者没有得到及时治疗，则可导致穿孔、出血等症状[1]。目前，幽门螺旋杆菌（HP）是导致该疾病发生的主要因素，此外，环境、精神、药物等也是造成该疾病发病率上升的重要原因。从中医角度，该疾病归属“胃痛”、“胃气痛”的研究内容，可化为血瘀型、肝郁气滞型等[2]。本次研究选取来我院就诊的消化性溃疡患者86例作为研究对象，现
