痔科熏洗液治疗低位单纯型肛漏术后疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 本次研究使用痔科熏洗液治疗低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者，观察痔科熏洗液对肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响，为肛瘘患者的治疗提供一个安全有效的外用药剂。 方法 选择本院于2013年1月～2014年12月收治的60例肛瘘术后患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表方法分为两组。观察组30例患者使用痔科熏洗液药物治疗方法，对照组30例患者采用康复新液药物治疗方法，对比两组患者治疗效果。 结果 两组患者的术后第2天、第6天、第12天的疼痛评分以及肉芽形态评分，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者的平均创面愈合时间为（13.24±0.23）d，对照组患者的平均创面愈合时间为（14.87±0.25）d，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 痔科熏洗液治疗肛瘘术后患者，可以有效消散水肿，缓解创面疼痛，提高创面愈合速度，具有临床应用价值。 　　[关键词] 肛瘘术；痔科熏洗液；创面 　　[中图分类号] R657.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）15-64-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This study used hemorrhoid smoked lotion in the treatment of low simple anal fistula patients， postoperative observation of hemorrhoid family smoked lotion for anal fistula postoperative wound healing， for the treatment of anal fistula patients to provide a safe and effective drug for external use only. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014， 60 cases of postoperative patients with anal fistula were selected as the research object， using the random number table method， it can be divided into two groups. Observation group of 30 cases of patients with hemorrhoid smoked lotion drug treatment， the control group 30 cases were treated by new liquid drug rehabilitation therapy， comparing the results. Results Compering Two groups of patients after 2 days， 6 days， 12 days of pain score and granulation pattern grading， there were statistically significant（P0.05）.Observation group of patients， the average wound healing time was （13.24±0.23）d， and the control group patients， the average wound healing time was （14.87±0.25）d with statistical significance（P0.05）.
