In China, the ageing of the population will lead to many social problems. For example,Providing for the aged by the governmen will put increased pressure on the financial system , change the collection patterns and management models of social endowment insurance fund, and so on.In the face of this complex problem, this article attempts to review the formatting of the present situation of population aging and the influence on social endowment insurance system reform in China. Based on the above analysis,we further puts forward the countermeasures of reforming and consummating the insurance system for the retired.
