社区护士职责定位探讨 　　摘 要 目的：分析社区护士、全科医生、社区居民对社区护士职责认知的异同，探讨社区护士职责定位的方向和拓展思路。方法：采用便利抽样的方法，于2014年6-7月，在上海市嘉定区选取74位社区护士、17位全科医生、101位社区居民分别进行问卷调查。结果：三类人群对社区护士应在社区环境的管理并有效开发利用社区资源工作中发挥作用的重要性评价最低，有9（12.2%）位社区护士、3（17.6%）位全科医生、13（12.9%）位社区居民甚至认为该项工作与社区护士没什么关系或社区护士不该参与其中。三类人群对社区护士在为居民提供基本服务、为患者及家属提供居家护理指导及用药指导、家庭医生助手、承担社区卫生服务相关人员的联络与协调这4项工作的认知差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：针对中国社区护士职责定位不清的现状，明确社区护士的职责定位与服务模式并形成统一认识是社区护理发展的重要内容。 　　关键词 职责 社区护士 全科医生 社区居民 　　中图分类号：R473.2/R192.6 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2015）20-0007-04 　　Discussion on the duty position for the community nurse* 　　XU Yuping， CAO Yiping**， WU Qing 　　（Waigang Community Health Service Center of Jiading District， Shanghai 201806， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the similarities and differences in the cognition of the community nursing duty among the community nurses， general practitioners（GPs） and residents to discuss about the orientation and expansion of the ideas of the community nursing duty. Methods： From June to July 2014， 74 community nurses， 17 GPs and 101 residents in Jiading District of Shanghai were selected and investigated with the questionnaire by the method of the convenient sampling. Results： The importance of the role that the community nurses should play in the community environmental management and effective development and utilization of the community resources was the lowest in the evaluation by three groups， in which 9（12.2%） community nurses， 3（17.6%） GPs， and 13（12.9%） residents thought that there was no relationship with the community nurses or even they would not involve in it. The cognitive differences of the three groups in the four parts of the work that the community nurses provided the basic services to the residents， home care and drug guidance for the patients and their family members， the family doctor assistants and undertaking the liaison and coordination of the relevant personnel of the community health service had the statistical significance （P0.05）.
