糖化血红蛋白与尿微量白蛋白联合检测诊断早期糖尿病肾病临床价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨糖化血红蛋白和尿微量白蛋白联合检测在早期糖尿病肾病中的临床诊断效果及其临床价值。方法 对我院收治的109例糖尿病肾病患者资料进行分析，将其设为实验组，选择我院同期健康体检的48例健康者为对照组。根据患者糖化血红蛋白水平将患者分为低值组、中值组和高值组，采用高效液相色谱法检测糖化血红蛋白，免疫比浊法检测尿微量白蛋白，比较两组糖化血红蛋白和尿微量白蛋白指标。 结果 实验组糖化血红蛋白水平、尿微量白蛋白水平显著高于对照组（P0.05）；实验组患者的尿微量白蛋白水平随着糖化血红蛋白的升高也出现增高趋势，并且两者表现出明显的正相关关系（r=0.491，P0.05）。 结论 早期糖尿病肾病患者治疗过程中加强糖化血红蛋白和尿微量白蛋白联合检测效果理想，能够对早期糖尿病肾病患者早期诊断、早期治疗，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 糖化血红蛋白；尿微量白蛋白；早期糖尿病肾病； 联合检测 　　[中图分类号] R587.2；R692 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）20-0099-04 　　Clinical value of glycated hemoglobin and microalbuminuria in the differential diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy 　　CHEN Lixun1 SUN Jing2 　　1.Department of Laboratory， Linan City TCM Hospital of Zhejiang Province，Linan 311300， China； 2.Department of Neurology， the Second Affiliated Hospital Affiated to Wenzhou Medical College of Zhejiang Province， Wenzhou 325000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical value of glycated hemoglobin and combined detection of urinary albumin in diagnosis of the early diabetic nephropathy.
