精准扶贫视野下大学生就业观性别差异调查研究 　　【摘 要】国家对高校精准扶贫大学生的资助力度巨大，使得贫困家庭出来的大学生，在就读期间能够安心完成学业。但是近年来随着高校的扩招，应届毕业生数量逐年增加，大学生就业问题越来越突出。贫困大学生在就业过程中面临的困难也越来越巨大。本研究通过对在校大学生发放问卷的方式了解目前在校大学生的就业观。通过对问卷的分析发现男生与女生在就业观上存在较大的差异，本研究针对发现的问题提出相应的整改措施，以使得贫困大学生能有好的就业态度，尽快就业。 　　【关键词】精准扶贫；就业观；性别差异 　　中图分类号： F323.8 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 2095-2457（2018）01-0093-002 　　【Abstract】The state provides great financial support to college students who are in need of precise help to the poor， so that college students from poor families can finish their studies safely during their study. However， in recent years， with the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities， the number of fresh graduates has been increasing year by year， and the employment problem of undergraduates has become more and more prominent. Impoverished college students face more and more difficulties in the employment process. In this study， current university students employment concept is studied through questionnaires on college students. Through the analysis of the questionnaire， we found that there is a big difference between boys and girls in employment. This study puts forward corresponding rectification measures for the problems found so that poor college students can have a good employment attitude and get employed as soon as possible. 　　【Key words】Precise poverty alleviation；Employment concept；Gender differences 　　在高校推?M精准扶贫是国家为了在教育领域实现公平，依法保障家庭经济困难生的平等受教育权。在十二五期间，党的十八大以来，党中央、国务院提出了一系列资助学生的措施。习近平在中央工作会议上指出：“要让贫困家庭的孩子都能接受公平的有质量的教育，不要让孩子输在起跑线上” 　　1 精准扶贫大学生就业观的性别差异调查研究 　　1.1 调查对象 　　本研究通过对六盘水师范学院大学一年级至四年级的本科生发放问卷的方式收集相关资料，内容主要针对不同年级大学生的就业观的差异，之后通过对问卷数据的分析选取代表性问题对学生进行访谈。 　　1.2 调查实施 　　本研究共向六盘水师范学院在校大学生发放问卷660份回收问卷660份，回收率100%， 有效问卷646份有效率97.88%。因为问卷是在课间时间以班级为单位发放的所以回收率较高，但是有一些同学没有按照问卷要求进行勾选，产生了14份无效问卷。 　　1.3 调查结果与讨论 　　在题目“你对当前就业政策了解多少”回答分布为：享受精准扶贫资助的学生中男生有5.9%对当前就业政策很了解，但是女生只有2.6%对当前就业政策了解较多。 　　男女生的这种差别说明相比于女生来说男生更加关注于自己毕业以后的工作问题，而女生考虑的较少。通过访谈了解到，接受资助的男生更希望自己能毕业之后找到理想的工作来改变家里的贫困状态，而女生更多地考虑找到一份稳定的工作，会选择跟上一届毕业生一样的就业渠道，参加家乡所在地组织的事业单位考
