精准数字化评估系统在住院医师规范化管理中应用 　　摘要：信息化建设是住院医师规范化培训的重要保障。江苏省的住院医师规范化培训工作一直走在全国前列，省级信息化的管理体系已经初具规模，培训基地管理的日常流程大部分能通过信息系统实现，其应用主要体现在培训管理流程设计以及手册电子化等方面。本研究旨在探索临床知识结构水平精准数字化评估系统在住院医师规范化培训过程管理中如何推动管理模式的创新，实现精准化管理，为培训基地调整培训的内容与方向提供依据，促使住院医师规范化培训最终达到规范化、同质化的培训效果。 　　关键词：住院医师 规范化培训 数字化评估 应用 　　中图分类号：R 197.323 文献标识码：A 　　Application of Precise Digital Evaluation System in Standardized Management of Resident Doctors 　　Ji Ke，Ding Xiaofang，Qiu Dongmin，Guo Yi（Wuxi Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine，Wuxi 214071，Jiangsu，China） 　　Abstract：Information construction ensures important guarantee of standardized training for resident doctors. The standardized training for resident doctors in Jiangsu Province is taking the lead around the nation all the time， with the management system of provincial information has been taking shape which enables that daily procedure of base management can be accomplished through information system mostly. However， applications are more embodied in procedure design of specifi ed training management and manual electronization and so on； and show disadvantages in training pertinence and improvement of quality inside. The research aims at exploring how Quantitative Evaluation System for Clinical Knowledge Level push for the innovation of management model in standardized training procedure management for resident doctors， realizing precision management and providing evidences for adjusting training details and direction at training base， prompting that standardized training for resident doctors can fi nally achieve the training effects of standardization and homogenization. 　　Key words：Resident physician Standardized training digital evaluation application 　　1 我??住院医师规范化培训信息系统应用现况 　　随着国家对住院医师规范化培训工作的大力推动，住院医师规范化培训逐渐向全面化、精细化、信息化方向过渡。当前，全国已有部分省市建立并应用住院医师信息化管理系统进行住院医师的日常考核管理。上海市建立了住院医师网络管理平台，主要功能包括信息综合平台、基地认定系统、报名招录系统、基地过程管理系统、考试考核管理系统、培训学习系统。 　　江苏省的“住院医师规范化培训管理系统”可以分中、西医进行住院医师学员注册、轮班排班、师资动态管理、手册登记审核；广东省建立的中医住院医师规范化培训考试系统，主要进行结业考试的报名、资格审核、准考证打印及成绩查询；山东省住院医
