精准管理法减少恶性肿瘤患者PICC置管后并发症应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的 研究恶性肿瘤经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管（PICC置管）后采用精准管理法减少并发症的临床效果。方法 100例PICC置管患者， 将其根据入院的先后顺序分为对照组和观察组， 各50例。对照组患者给予常规护理， 观察组患者在对照组基础上采用精准管理法进行护理。比较两组患者护理满意度和并发症发生情况。结果 护理后， 观察组总满意率98.00%高于对照组患者的84.00%， 并发症发生率2.00%低于对照组的16.00%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 实施精准管理法减少恶性肿瘤患者PICC置管后并发症的效果显著， 临床上具有重要意义。 　　【关键词】 精准管理法；恶性肿瘤；经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管；并发症 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2018.09.097 　　Study of the application of precision management method in reducing the complications after PICC catheterization in patients with malignant tumors LUO Jin-ju， SUN Cheng-hui， HONG Feng-juan， et al. Guangdong Yangchun People’s Hospital， Yangchun 529600， China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of precision management method in reducing the complications after peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） catheterization in malignant tumors.Methods A total of 100 PICC catheterization patients were divided by admission order into control group and observation group， with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing， and the observation group received precision management method for nursing on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on nursing satisfaction and occurrence of complications between the two groups. Results After nursing， the observation group had higher total satisfaction as 98.00% than 84.00% in the control group， and lower incidence of complications as 2.00% than 16.00% in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
