精准护理在神经外科多重耐药菌感染控制中应用 　　摘要：目的 探讨精准护理在神?外科多重耐药菌感染控制中的应用。方法 2014年3月～2015年2月在神经外科住院的多重耐药菌感染患者有124例，为对照组，2015年3月～2016年2月在神经外科住院的多重耐药菌感染患者192例，为观察组；对照组给予传统护理方法，对观察组患者采取一系列有针对性的精准护理措施，包括加强MDRO知识宣传教育、提高医务人员手卫生意识、采取正确的隔离防范措施等。然后对对照组和观察组感染情况进行对比分析，评价神经外科多重耐药菌感染控制效果。结果 观察组与对照组的肿瘤多重耐药菌感染控制率分别为74.50% （143/192）和45.2% （56/124），组间对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的病人肺部感染、颅内感染、尿路感染等发生情况明显少于对照组（P0.05）。观察组的病人住院时间为（39.43±6.39）d，而对照组分别为（53.04±16.45）d，组间对比（P0.05）。结论 相对传统护理方法，精准护理能更好控制神经外科多重耐药菌感染，从而缩短患者住院时间，促进患者康复。 　　关键词：精准护理；神经外科；多重耐药菌 　　Application of Precision Nursing in the Control of Multi-drug Resistant Bacteria Infection in the Department of Neurosurgery 　　SUN Cui，LI Li，WANG Dong-mei，YANG Wen-jiao 　　（Department of Neurosurgery，Shiyan Taihe Hospital/The Affiliated Hospital of Hubei Medical College，Shiyan 442000，Hubei，China） 　　Abstract：Objective Discuss the Application which of precision nursing in the control of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection in the department of neurosurgery.
