糖尿病肾病气阴两虚夹瘀证治疗前后舌象改变研究 　　[摘要] 目的 观察糖尿病肾病气阴两虚夹瘀证患者治疗前后舌象的改变。方法 入选就诊于福建省人民医院于2016年6月―2017年6月收治的糖尿病肾病气阴两虚夹瘀证患者80例作为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组40例，对照组采用西医基础治疗，治疗组加用益肾降糖饮治疗，2个月后观察舌象改善情况。 结果 治疗组血液流变学和血瘀舌象改善效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 舌象的改变与血液流变学相关，推断舌象的改变可作为血瘀证的评价指标。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病肾病；气阴两虚夹瘀证；益肾降糖饮；舌象 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）09（b）-0023-02 　　Research on Tongue Image Changes before and after Treatment of Syndrome of Qi and Yin Deficiency and Stasis of Blood Stasis in Diabetic Nephropathy 　　LIN Li-zhen1， RUAN Shi-wei2 　　1.First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University， Fuzhou， Fujian Province， 350005 China；2.First peoples Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Fuzhou， Fujian Province， 350004 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the tongue image changes before and after treatment of syndrome of qi and yin deficiency and stasis of blood stasis in diabetic nephropathy. Methods 80 cases of patients from June 2016 to June 2017 with syndrome of qi and yin deficiency and stasis of blood stasis in diabetic nephropathy diagnosed in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each， the control group adopted the western medicine basic therapy， while the treatment group added the yishenjiangtang drink on the basis of the control group， and the tongue image improvement was observed after two months. Results The improvement effect of hemorheology and tongue image in the treatment group were obviously better than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.
